I greatly enjoyed its really kind employees.

I had a GREAT stay in a long time. It was an exceptionally comfortable and charming hotel, nesteled in an elegant building. Comforts of nice styled and spacious room with massage chairs were fabulous. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

This accommodation had a very central setting close to tram line. Twin room on lower floors was the best.

Tbh, had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. We had a twin room, and it was brand-new with massage chairs.

The room was good sized and beautifully designed on lower floors, had a good night's sleep. It had very central location close to a restored feudal castle. Set near bars and restaurants, it was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the heart of downtown Matsuyama. Dormy Inn provided us with helpful reception, clean and quiet rooms, and a fantastic location on the Okaido Shopping mall. The highlight for us was the indoor/outdoor onsen, which was open overnight. We also appreciated the convenient access to laundry facilities and the proximity to various attractions such as Okaido St., Ropeway St, and Matsuyama castle tramway. It was so easy to explore Matsuyama on foot or by tram. We would definitely stay at Dormy Inn again.

It was an absolutely charming hotel in a central area, so close to Okaido shopping Centre n tram station and the tram route for Dogo Onsen, about 10 minutes away. Our room was new-fashioned and wonderful with the sink in the entrance hallway and free drinks and 2 twin beds. Everything here was great: D

The staff was polite, pleasant all the time. It was in a very central location, in the okaido shopping center.

I had a great experience at Dormy Inn. The hotel is conveniently located in the Okaido shopping area, making it easy to explore. The entryway is nicely designed, giving a pleasant first impression. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. I particularly enjoyed the top-level onsen, which provided a relaxing experience with Shiseido shower gel and shampoo. Additionally, the hotel offers a free drink in the evening, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Absolutely charming hotel with good wi-fi, the location is magnificent in the city center. The rooms are well-designed and reasonably spacious and include an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is enthusiastic.

The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. The location is in the middle of the city.

The onsen at Dormy Inn was a delight, and the complimentary beer and ramen in the lounge made for a cozy evening. The location, near Matsuyama castle and the shopping arcade, was perfect. The friendly staff were always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
